Refunds
You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your purchase. Email us and we will refund it. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to delete or return the PDF.
Please ask us before you file a card dispute. A refund we issue directly is faster than a chargeback, and if something is wrong with your report we would rather fix it.
The full policy, including what happens after the window closes, is on our Refund Policy page.
Sharing and licensing
Your purchase is a license to use this edition inside the limits below. It is not a sale of the underlying federal data, and it is not a transfer of the compilation.
You may use the report and tables inside your organization and for one client project: read, print, analyze, and share them with colleagues, that client, and advisors working on the same matter. You may quote short excerpts and include your own analysis in a client deliverable with credit to Claritypoint.
You may not resell it, republish it in full, post it for public download, or present it as your own original research.
You may never present a report — or any figure drawn from it — as an official, endorsed, certified, or approved government publication.
The underlying federal data is public domain. Nothing in these terms stops you from obtaining that data directly from the agencies yourself.
Update rights
The purchase is for the county and edition identified at checkout, including that edition's data date. It does not include a later refresh, a corrected edition, or any other county.
A later edition is a separate purchase. The file delivered for this purchase stays the edition you bought. We do not replace that download with a newer edition.
We may replace a file that is corrupted or that does not match the edition you paid for. That replacement is not a new edition and does not restart the refund window.
The rest of the purchase agreement, including warranties and liability, is in the terms of sale. The refund window is also on the refund policy.
