What does Claritypoint sell?
Extrasphere Media LLC offers the County Health Workforce Brief: a dated, one-county evidence package with a readable PDF and complete CSV. It covers published HRSA shortage and underserved-area records, health center sites, BLS industry labor context, and Census population. Explore free county profiles and a sample excerpt before choosing a package. Other report lines are not part of this launch.
What are the prices?
The County Health Workforce Brief is $249 for one county and one edition, as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. A free county profile does not mean a reviewed PDF/CSV package is available to buy; check the selected county and the checkout status.
What do I get in a full report?
A dated PDF and complete CSV with the county’s attributable HPSA, MUA/P and listed health center records, available BLS industry employment and pay, Census population context, source periods, definitions, methodology, and limitations. Published designations can span counties and listed sites do not establish capacity.
When can I buy a county brief?
Only when that county has a reviewed, published source edition and matching private PDF/CSV files, and checkout is open. The free county profile and its data coverage are informational; neither is proof that a paid package is available.
Is this medical advice?

Do you use patient data?
No. Never. We do not sell patient-level data or PHI.
Do you rank agencies?
No. The Workforce Brief is an evidence package, not a provider ranking or recommendation. A published HPSA score belongs to its HRSA designation; it is not a Claritypoint opportunity score. Missing or suppressed values are not treated as zeros.
Where does the data come from?
The Workforce Brief uses public HRSA HPSA, MUA/P and health center site files, BLS QCEW industry data, and Census ACS population estimates. Each edition lists its publishers, measurement periods, acquisition dates, and source fingerprints on the Sources page.
Are you affiliated with any government agency?
No. Extrasphere Media LLC and Claritypoint are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), or any other government agency. References to public datasets are for source attribution only.

Do I need an account?
No account is needed to explore county profiles. When checkout is available, it collects an email address for the receipt, delivery, and order recovery.
Can I get a refund?
Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund for any reason, including after downloading the PDF. Failed delivery, duplicate charges and material errors in our report are also covered under the Refund Policy.
